Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Any item sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
