At this time, Monaco Vintage ships exclusively within Canada. This allows us to maintain consistent delivery standards and reliable service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive detailed instructions along with the correct return address.
No. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once approved, we will provide clear guidance to ensure the return process is straightforward.
For hygiene or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
We do not offer direct exchanges. The simplest option is to return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size or style.
Orders & Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
